This is a series of studies for upgrading the shopfront of premises in a semi residential part of Enfield. Our clients wanted to explore  the possibility of converting it to residential use. 

These studies explore ways of providing privacy for potential new residents in a property that has no buffer with the street.  The proposed facade treatments refer back to the history of the property as a shop that sold leather products.
